Pritchett Water Supply Corp. understands that property is sometimes sold with the representation that water is available to the property from the PWSC System. Such is not always the case, and the PWSC urges any prospective buyer to verify with the operator by calling 903-734-5438 (Mon.-Fri., 8-4) or writing PWSC, 3670 State Highway 155 South, Gilmer, Texas 75645 that water is in fact available at the particular tract in question.
