MARQUISTE TREVENO BROWN, Applicant, filed an Application for Independent Administration and Letters of Administration and Application to Determine Heirship in this estate on August 4th, 2022, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of EARL MARSHALL POLK, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., August 15, 2022, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 100 West Tyler Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
