130 Coast Guard Members Sue Federal Government Over Vaccine Mandates | 2 Aug 2022 | More than 130 U.S. Coast Guard members filed a class action lawsuit alleging the religious exemptions they filed in response to the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for military service members were unlawfully denied. The lawsuit, filed July 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas — Galveston Division, also challenges the constitutionality of the mandate. The number of plaintiffs exceeds 130 and will likely end up surpassing 200, according to Dale Saran, one of the attorneys representing the service members. The suit names four defendants: Alejandro Mayorkas, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS); Linda L. Fagan, commandant of the Coast Guard; Lloyd Austin, secretary of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Japanese Government Pays Family for Death Tied to COVID Shot | 31 July 2022 | On July 25, 2022, a committee of Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced that it would provide a lump-sum death benefit of 44.2 million yen (324,000), plus an additional 212,000 yen for funeral expenses, to the family of an elderly woman who died shortly after receiving a COVID-19 shot. The committee determined there was a causal relationship between the vaccination and the woman’s death. The payment was the first such payment by the Japanese government for a death linked to COVID vaccination. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the woman “developed an acute allergic reaction and acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) after the vaccination, and died.” …Some 3,680 other people in Japan have filed applications with the health ministry for vaccine-injury related compensation and have had them reviewed.
German Hospital Federation Demands Withdrawal of Vaccination Mandate After Massive Side Effects Revealed | 28 July 2022 | Even after the Ministry of Health admitted on Wednesday that 1 in every 5,000 injections given causes “serious side effects,” they continue to mandate Covid “vaccinations.” Less than a week after the German Ministry of Health admitted that 1 in 5,000 Covid shots lead to serious side effects, the German hospital federation calls for the vaccination obligation for healthcare personnel to be revoked. “It is not wise to continue with it.” Until now, the German Federation of Hospitals (DKG) has favored mandatory vaccination for nursing and care staff. However, according to an official statement, the association, which falls under the Ministry of Health, is now changing its position because the vaccinations have little meaning against the Omicron variant.

According to an announcement released by Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), Dr. Shahriar Jalali Mazlouman, a Melville family physician, unexpectedly passed away. The hospital provided no information regarding the cause of death. Triathlete, 27, becomes fifth Greater Toronto Area doctor to die in July | 29 July 2022 | The fifth GTA [Greater Toronto Area] doctor to die in July “radiated positivity” and “lived a vibrant and active life.” But what the world lost in the sudden and tragic death of Dr. Candace Nayman was a woman who had dedicated her life to the health of children. The 27-year-old, who was a resident doctor at McMaster Children Hospital in Hamilton, collapsed while swimming as she competed in a triathlon on Sunday. She subsequently died on Thursday. A triathlete, Dr. Nayman routinely commented on social media about her love of training and racing… Four other local doctors have died this summer. [And…the experimental mRNA jabs have nothing to do with these coincidences?]
University of Michigan Refuses to Consider Mom of Five For a Heart Transplant Over COVID Vaccine | 1 Aug 2022 | Despite a mother of five’s desperate appeal to the University of Michigan (UM) hospital for a life-saving heart transplant, the state-run facility will not budge from its refusal to consider her for surgery until she is vaccinated against COVID-19. The university hospital, which has deep ties to vaccine maker Pfizer, also denied 35-year-old Katie Shier’s application for a religious exemption. In a recent, heart-wrenching email about her condition, Katie Shier describes how the pump she relies on to keep her heart beating has become engulfed in a bacteria that is no longer responding to the series of antibiotics she’s been prescribed by University of Michigan doctors. As a result, Shier has been repeatedly hospitalized for blood infections. She and her husband Ron are worried it will eventually lead to sepsis, which can be fatal. “It just feels like no one at UM cares what they are doing to us and to our kids,” Ron Shier told The Epoch Times.

Billionaire-funded eco group quietly taking farmland out of production in rural America | 29 July 2022 | The American Prairie (AP), a conservation project in Montana, has quietly scooped up more than 450,000 acres of land with the help of its billionaire donors and the federal government. The little-known project aims to create the largest “fully functioning ecosystem” in the continental U.S. by stitching together about 3.2 million acres of private and public lands, according to the American Prairie Foundation, which founded the reserve more than 20 years ago. The group has recorded 34 transactions spanning roughly 453,188 acres of land throughout central Montana — much of which were once used for farming and grazing — since 2004 and continues to aggressively expand. “Our mission is to assemble the largest complex of public and private lands devoted to wildlife in the lower 48,” Pete Geddes, AP’s vice president and chief external relations officer, told Fox News Digital in an interview.
WEF Issues Edict to Global Leaders: Phase Out Car Ownership, People Can ‘Walk or Share’ | 23 July 2022 | Earlier this month, Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum ordered compliant governments around the world to increase the already sky-high price of gas. Now the WEF is claiming people have no right to own cars and must instead “walk or share.” In a paper published by the WEF on Friday, the globalist elites claim that communal sharing of cars is part of a “circular approach” necessary to reduce global demands for precious metals and fossil fuels. Thousands of private jets fly into Davos each year for the WEF’s summit, but according to Klaus Schwab, ordinary people should not own their own car.
China suspends 2,000 food products from Taiwan as Nancy Pelosi visits –Taipei perceives bans as retribution for US House Speaker’s trip | 2 Aug 2022 | China has blocked imports from hundreds of Taiwanese food producers and temporarily suspended exports of natural sand to the country in what Taipei perceives as the opening shot in a campaign to punish it economically for a visit by US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Since Monday night, when US and Taiwanese officials confirmed that Pelosi would travel to Taiwan to meet President Tsai Ing-wen on Wednesday, the China Customs Administration has suspended imports of more than 2,000 of about 3,200 food products from Taiwan. …Analysts and government officials said the move was a huge expansion of such economic warfare.
Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan is designed by US to start conflict – analyst | 2 Aug 2022 | Senior US officials have dismissed the possible visit to Taiwan by the Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi as of no significance and stated that if China acts to oppose it, the ensuing conflict would be Beijing’s fault. But researcher Tim Anderson told RT, the move appears to be a pre-planned provocation meant to trigger a major confrontation with China. “They say ‘this is China’s war’ as they said Ukraine was Russia’s war,” he said, referring to Moscow’s failed effort to get security guarantees from the US before it launched a military attack against its neighbor in late February…Pelosi “is going in there with a military escort, there are a number of large warships going with her,” he noted, referring to the reported deployment by the US Navy to ensure the safety of the congressional delegation. Considering that Washington formally recognized Taiwan as part of China, the move can be considered a “military incursion” into Chinese territory, Anderson suggested.

Late Monday, Joe Biden announced Zawahiri’s assassination, saying, “justice has been delivered” to the Egyptian with a 25 million bounty on his head… “We have experienced such propaganda in the past, and there was never anything in it,” Shah said. “In reality, I don’t think he was killed here.”

Afghanistan’s Taliban government has not confirmed the death of Zawahiri, an Egyptian surgeon who had a 25 million bounty on his head and helped to coordinate the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States that killed nearly 3,000 people. U.S. officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Zawahiri was killed when he came out on the balcony of his safe house in the Afghan capital at 6:18 a.m. (0148 GMT) on Sunday and was hit by Hellfire missiles from a U.S. drone. Joe Biden’s Approval Rating Latest Lowest for Any President | 1 Aug 2022 | Joe Biden approval ratings have sunk to an all-time low in the most recent Gallup Poll, with just 38 percent of people happy with the job the president is doing. The July survey is the first time that Biden’s approval rating has fallen below 40 percent in Gallup’s monthly polls since he took office in January 2021. A follow up question found that 45 percent of Americans “strongly” disapprove of Biden’s performance, compared to just 13 percent who strongly approve. [Right, so it’s time to kill Ayman Al-Zawahiri again. He’s “died” about eight times perviously, whenever a president’s poll ratings needed a lift.]
Eastern Kentucky flooding updates: Death toll rises to 37, more rain in forecast | 1 Aug 2022 | The death toll is climbing as recovery efforts continue across several Eastern Kentucky counties ransacked by last week’s historic flooding as local and state agencies, as well as national relief organizations, help residents starting to return to their homes and begin the cleanup process. The record floodwaters have killed at least 37 people, including four children, and hundreds of Kentuckians still unaccounted for, Gov. Andy Beshear said Monday. Beshear said the death toll is expected to increase over the coming days as more crews arrive to survey the damage and search along still-swollen rivers and creeks for victims.
Liz Cheney Is Lying About Trump’s Inaction on the National Guard –Before Liz Cheney claimed President Donald Trump took no action on the National Guard, she coordinated a campaign to prevent its deployment. | 2 Aug 2022 | Days before the Capitol riot provoked a years-long effort to impeach, prosecute, and politically malign former President Donald Trump, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney coordinated efforts to deter the very actions she now claims haunt the former president. Cheney has blamed Trump for not ordering the National Guard to defend the Capitol complex, even though multiple sources confirm that he authorized their deployment days prior to the Jan. 6 rally at the White House and riot at the Capitol. Security officials in charge of the Capitol declined to call up troops to protect it, government records show. Yet, Cheney herself seems to have orchestrated opposition to use of the military to quell election-related unrest, allegedly organizing a Washington Post op-ed on Jan. 3, 2021, signed by every living former defense secretary.
Cassidy Hutchinson Reportedly Worked for Trump Nine Weeks After He Left Office | 2 Aug 2022 | Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who became a star [alleged] witness in the Select Committee on Jan. 6 show trials, continued to work for former President Donald Trump nine weeks after he left office. Hutchinson, according to government documents published by Business Insider, worked as a “coordinator” in Trump’s taxpayer-funded post-presidential office from about Jan. 20, 2021, when the Biden presidency began, to April 1, 2021. Records from the General Services Administration show the low-level aid was raking in what would amount to an annual salary of 90,000. The post-presidential employment lasting months after the Jan. 6 riot stands in stark contrast to the narrative Hutchinson presented to lawmakers in June.
Los Angeles Ends Citizenship Requirement for Government Jobs | 1 Aug 2022 | People in the United States illegally can now work for Los Angeles County with no requirement to provide proof of citizenship. Last week, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to allow non-citizens to work in government positions provided the position does not conflict with state or federal law. People will still be required to provide proof of citizenship to work for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Authored by Chair Hilda l. Solis and co-authored by Sheila Kuehl, the policy allegedly aims to better represent the “community” in city government.
Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Upholds Mail-In Voting Law on Party-Line Vote | 2 Aug 2022 | The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the state’s law allowing mail-in voting on a strict party-line vote after the lower court ruled in January that it violated the state’s constitution. The state’s mail-in voting law, Act 77, was upheld on a 5-2 decision released Tuesday from the state’s partisan Supreme Court; only two of the judges are Republican. Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy began her dissent in the case: “Its most glaring omission is its failure to come to grips with the fact that the Pennsylvania Constitution’s election-related provisions have been amended on numerous occasions in the 160 years since this Court first explained that by default it requires in-person voting, and in none of those instances have the people of this Commonwealth sought to eliminate, alter, or clarify the textual basis for that ruling as it appears in our organic law…“
Thousands of western Pennsylvania Democrats are leaving for the Republican Party. No one seems sure why | 1 Aug 2022 | A significant number of voters in western Pennsylvania are leaving the Democratic Party to become Republicans ahead of the 2022 midterms, a trend that’s taken shape over several years and has both parties split on what the reason for the pattern is. From Jan. 1 to July 25, more than 8,100 Democrats changed their voter registration to Republican in Allegheny County and the adjacent Armstrong, Butler, Beaver, Washington and Westmoreland counties., according to Pennsylvania Department of State data. Less than a third of that number — 2,500 — made the change in the opposite direction, and Republicans have held a similar advantage in persuading independents and third-party registrants to come aboard.
Trump-backed candidate wins crowded GOP primary, will take on Whitmer in November | 2 Aug 2022 | Republican Michigan gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon has come out on top in a crowded primary field and will face incumbent Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in the November general election. The Associated Press called the race for Dixon with approximately 19% of the vote counted, showing her in the lead with 41% of the vote. Dixon received a last-minute endorsement from former President Donald Trump on Friday, which appeared to help solidly her front-runner status… Whitmer is seeking a second term as governor following a tumultuous few years filled with criticism over her [mis]handling of the coronavirus pandemic, which included a slow economic recovery for the state, a large loss of small businesses, and suffering school performance.

Carlson, Greene and Trump are all seen smiling on the video, with the former president giving the crowd several fist bumps and egging them on.
