BOBBIE JEAN CABELLO, Applicant, filed an Application for Independent Administration, Application to Determine Heirship, and Letters of Administration in this estate on June 7th, 2022, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of PENNY SUZZETTE SMITH, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., July 18, 2022, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 100 West Tyler Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
