ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals addressed to the Honorable Tim Marshall, Mayor, City of Gilmer, will be received until 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2022 at Gilmer City Hall, 110 Buffalo Street, Gilmer, TX 75644, (903) 843-2552, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of the “2022 Street Improvements” consisting of approximately 9,350 SY of asphalt street improvements on selected city streets in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at Hayes Engineering. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the City of Gilmer, City Hall.

Plans and specifications may be examined without charge, obtained electronically at no charge, or a hard copy obtained for $25 per set (nonrefundable) at the office of Hayes Engineering, Inc.
