UK school children to be fed bugs to stop climate change | 2 June 2022 | Scientists will use UK school children as guinea pigs, having organized workshops where bugs will be served as food to see their response to eating “alternative proteins.” According to researchers, the pilot program will see four schools in Wales try to normalize eating bugs and hope to persuade parents to adopt the change of diet in the home to help promote a “greener” United Kingdom by reducing meat consumption. Additionally, the insect product on the menu, VeXo, is conveniently designed to appear like minced meat, which will likely play a role in whether kids buy into it. According to Carl Evans, Headteacher of Roch Community Primary School in Pembrokeshire (one of the four schools that will soon feed students insects), he believes that children share his concerns over “sustainable development” — I wonder why that is. [Do you think the elites are going to let their kids eat bugs? No, that’s only for the peasants. Pitchfork time!]

Biden’s Failed ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ Was Making Plans With Twitter to Censor All Americans Who Hold Opposing Views, Letter Reveals | 8 June 2022 | In a letter sent to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by Sen. Charles Grassley and Sen. Josh Hawley, the details of the alleged planned censorship by the now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board (DGB) were exposed. In the June 7 letter, addressed to Alejandro N. Mayorkas, the director of DHS, the senators asked for a closer explanation of the department’s plans to execute the directives and mission of the DGB. The senators exposed documents and information provided by whistleblowers tied to the board’s existence… Most disturbing in the letter is the revelation that the DGB had made plans to meet with social media giant Twitter to discuss censorship and the controlled speech of opposing points of view. The letter says that documents suggest “the Department has been working on plans to ‘operationalize’ its relationships with private social media companies to implement its public policy goals. For example, we obtained draft briefing notes prepared for a scheduled April 28, 2022, meeting between Robert Silvers and Twitter executives Nick Pickles, Head of Policy, and Yoel Roth, Head of Site Integrity.”

DHS to go after ‘conspiracy’ forums in terror threat bulletin | 8 June 2022 | The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a terror threat bulletin Tuesday warning that online forums harboring domestic violent extremist content and conspiracy theories have encouraged copycat attacks in the wake of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Analysts from the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis assess that these online platforms have also “seized on the event to attempt to spread disinformation and incite grievances, including claims it was a government-staged event meant to advance gun control measures.” As analysts probe recent tragedies in search of common factors or motives, researchers have uncovered a disturbing trend among gunmen of fatal mass shootings, nationwide.

U.S. military says ‘no nuclear material’ on board crashed plane –Preliminary reports mentioned “nuclear material” on board. | 8 June 2022 | A military aircraft of unspecified type crashed on Wednesday in California’s Imperial County, about 30 miles north of the Mexican border. The five people on board are presumed dead. Preliminary reports mentioned “nuclear material” on board. While the US Marine Corps has confirmed there was a crash, no details have been officially confirmed. Local news stations KYMA and KECY reported on Wednesday afternoon that a military airplane crashed near the community of Glamis, citing the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office. The crash was located near State Route 78 and Coachella Canal Road. The area is northeast of the Calexico-Mexicali crossing, about 150 miles east of San Diego… San Diego reporter Malik Earnest tweeted that the aircraft was “loaded with nuclear material with at least 5 people aboard.

Ukrainian troops burn wheat and grains as they leave Mariupol –The sea port of Mariupol has witnessed a blazing fire that left all grains unfit for consumption. | 6 June 2022 | Despite the looming danger of global food shortage, Ukrainian troops set fire to tons of grain in storage facilities in Mariupol hoping to impact food security in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Yan Gagin, the adviser to the chairman of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), said “There is a large amount of grain on the territory of the Mariupol port, this is both corn and wheat. Judging by the smell and appearance, it is unsuitable for further use… And this is due to the fact that the enemy, retreating from the port, set fire to the granaries so that this grain would not go to the Donetsk People’s Republic, so that it would be impossible to use it in any way.”

Ukraine keeps US in the dark on military operations – report –Kiev is refusing to share details of its operations with Washington, possibly manipulating info to maintain US arms flow | 8 June 2022 | The US government has better information on Russian troops in Ukraine than on Ukrainian forces, The New York Times reported on Wednesday, citing US officials. Kiev is keeping its biggest military sponsor in the dark, possibly even misleading Washington to protect the generous flow of American military aid into the country, the newspaper claimed. According NYT sources, the Ukrainian government gives the US “few classified briefings or details about their operational plans” while the US intelligence community’s capacity to collect data in Ukraine is limited, because its focus has long been on Russia. Ukrainian officials “do not want to present information that might encourage the United States and its other Western partners to slow the flow of arms,” the newspaper said.

Ukraine: ‘Constant’ military aid needed from West until Russia defeated –Deputy defense minister says support ‘cannot be a one-time thing, but something that continues until our victory’ | 6 June 2022 | Ukraine’s deputy defense minister stressed Sunday that the country needed continuous military support from Western countries until it defeated Moscow’s forces, as the war continues. “We have already entered into a protracted war and we will need constant support,” Ganna Malyar told local media. “The West must understand that its help cannot be a one-time thing, but something that continues until our victory,” she added. The United States announced this week that long-range weapons were being sent to Ukraine as part of a 700-million package that includes air-surveillance radar, more Javelin short-range anti-tank rockets, artillery ammunition and helicopters.

CDC Raises Monkeypox Alert, Recommends Masks During Travel, Then Removes Advice | 8 June 2022 | The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Monday raised its alert level for monkeypox to level 2 and recommended that people wear masks when traveling, before appearing to make a U-turn on the advice. In an update, the government agency raised the alert level to 2, encouraging people to practice enhanced precaution measures such as avoiding contact with visibly sick people, regularly washing hands, and wearing a face covering. “Cases of monkeypox have been reported in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia,” the CDC wrote in its alert.

New Missouri law protects doctors who prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine | 7 June 2022 | A new law in Missouri prohibits pharmacists from questioning doctors who prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for patients. The measure, which goes into effect in August, was signed Tuesday by Gov. Mike Parson after it was approved by the legislature in May. Under the law, state medical licensing boards would be prohibited from punishing or taking away the medical licenses of doctors who lawfully prescribe the two drugs, which became unproven alternatives to treating COVID-19 among people who opposed vaccinations actually work. The law also bars pharmacists from contacting a doctor or patient “to dispute the efficacy of ivermectin tablets or hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets for human use” unless the doctor or patient asks about the drugs’ effectiveness.

Doctors Sue Biden Admin for Unlawfully Blocking Them From Treating COVID-19 Patients With Ivermectin | 3 June 2022 | A group of doctors has filed a lawsuit against Joe Biden’s administration for unlawfully blocking them from using ivermectin to treat COVID-19. The suit is filed against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It also names HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and FDA Commissioner Robert M. Califf as defendants. In the filing, plaintiffs Mary Talley Bowden, Paul E. Marik, and Robert L. Apter argue that by publicly ordering health professionals and patients to avoid ivermectin, the FDA both acted outside of its authority. They say the FDA inhibited the doctors’ ability to practice medicine.

The President of Facebook’s Science Feedback is Hiding in Paris, Terrified of Appearing in Court | 6 June 2022 | Emmanuel Vincent is a hunted man. On June 24, an officer of the French Ministry of the Interior, acting under the terms of the Hague Convention, summoned him to a police station and served him papers to appear in court for posting false and misleading statements in his role as president of Science Feedback, a Facebook fact checking service. On top of this, the beleaguered nonprofit has weathered multiple critiques for posting politicized, biased opinions that call themselves “fact checks”–including a Wall Street Journal editorial that called out Science Feedback for attacking Johns Hopkins physician-researcher Marty Makary, after he wrote an essay predicting the arrival of COVID-19 herd immunity. “This is counter-opinion masquerading as fact checking,” the Wall Street Journal wrote, noting that Dr. Makary never made a factual claim; he had made a prediction based on his analysis of available evidence.

Activists protest in front of Kavanaugh’s home after man arrested for threatening to kill him –Nicholas John Roske was charged with attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice | 8 June 2022 | Pro-choice activists marched in front of the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday evening just hours after a man was charged with threatening to kill him. In videos shared online, protesters – comprising members of the activist group “Ruth Sent US” – chanted slogans while banging drums and walking up and down the sidewalk… 26-year-old California man Nicholas John Roske was arrested early Wednesday near Kavanaugh’s house in Maryland after threatening to kill the justice. Police said he was carrying a gun, a knife and zip ties. Later in the day federal prosecutors charged Roske with the attempted murder of a Supreme Court Justice.

Armed man arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home | 8 June 2022 | An armed California man incensed about the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion expected to overturn Roe v. Wade was arrested near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Maryland home Wednesday, officials and a report said. The man, who was not identified, allegedly told police officers he wanted to kill Kavanaugh, the Washington Post reported. In a statement, the Supreme Court said the man was armed and “made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.” The suspect was taken to a local police station after he was arrested at about 1:50 a.m., the court spokesperson said. He was carrying an unspecified weapon and burglary tools, according to the Washington Post.

How one lawmaker wants to curb gun sales: A 1,000% tax on semi-automatic weapons | 6 June 2022 | One House Democrat has a novel idea for curbing sales of semi-automatic weapons like AR-15s… The proposed bill places a 1,000% excise tax on any type of semi-automatic firearm, pushing up the price of the military-style weapon beyond the means of many potential buyers. Rep. Don Beyer of Virginia is working on a bill now and hopes to introduce it in the next few days, spokesman Aaron Fritschner said in an email to CBS M-neyWatch. The proposed legislation does not ban these weapons but simply introduces a tax on them, which is “a power clearly delegated to Congress under Article I of the Constitution,” he added. Additionally, because the bill would be a revenue measure, it could be introduced through the reconciliation process, which would only require approval from 50 senators, instead of the 60 votes needed to pass most legislation.

Law Enforcement False Flag-Staged Event Checklist By Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., and Brian Davidson, P.I. | 6 June 2022 | The authors collectively have 40 years+ of private investigative research and critical analysis of politically significant but factually anomalous events, where aspects are puzzling because they do not add up and where consideration must be given to whether they may have been staged or faked and blamed on other parties to promote an agenda, such as gun control. Here are some rules of thumb indicating that you could be dealing with such a situation (which means they are highly reliable but not infallible evidential indicators): Early Signs: no surge of EMTs; no string of ambulances; no medevac choppers called. Authentic public medical resources, as a rule, do not participate in staged events because they may be needed for bona fide medical emergencies. So, you do not see them at Sandy Hook, the Boston Marathon bombing, Orlando, Parkland, Las Vegas, Buffalo, or Uvalde. If they have only token presence, that is a strong indication you are dealing with a staged event.

If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention: As U.S. southern border remains wide open, Harris announces $1.9B more for Central America as huge caravan heads north | 7 June 2022 | Kamala Harris emerged from her long period of silence on the border crisis Tuesday to announce the private sector would throw nearly 2 billion more at Central America — even as thousands of migrants from the region make their way toward the US-Mexico frontier. The White House framed the 1.9 billion investment plan as the latest attempt to tackle what it calls the “root causes” of mass economic migration to the US… Whatever the long-term effect of the investment plan, however, it is not expected to affect the caravan currently trekking through Mexico. On Monday, at least 6,000 people set off from Tapachula, Mexico, marching north with hopes to cross into the US. Organizer Luis Villigran told Fox News on Monday that the caravan stretched more than 32 miles and estimated that 9,500 people were taking part.

Mexican President Calls for American Superstate, Open Borders | 6 June 2022 | Mexico’s president is reviving calls for a continental superstate that would combine North American employers and South American employees — and sideline tens of millions of middle-class Americans. “I will go in July to visit [Joe Biden] at the White House and I want to discuss with him the issue of the integration of all America,” President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said at a press conference in Mexico’s presidential palace… The same continent-wide superstate was pushed in 2001 by President [sic] G.W. Bush and Mexico’s then-president, Vicente Fox. Their unpopular “Any Willing Worker” plan would have allowed U.S. employers to easily import low-wage employees from central and south America. It was derailed following the 9/11 attack. The policy would spike Wall Street and Fortune 500 profits by giving them floods of cheap foreign workers plus many new foreign consumers.

Economic Gloom Hits Worst Level in 50 Years | 6 June 2022 | A severe pessimism grips the U.S. economy and Americans report the highest level of dissatisfaction with their financial situation in at least half a century, poll results released Monday show. Eighty-three percent of Americans describe the state of the economy as poor or not so good, according to a Wall Street Journal-NORC Poll. Only one percent describe the economy as “excellent.” The poll results show just how much inflation has damaged the U.S. economy and the perceptions of Americans about their own financial well-being.

San Francisco voters oust DA Chesa Boudin over soft-on-crime policies | 8 June 2022 | Fed-up San Francisco voters ousted their progressive district attorney on Tuesday in a recall election that rejected his soft-on-crime policies following surges in shameless shoplifting, car break-ins and rampant, open-air drug dealing. The recall effort against Chesa Boudin, a former public defender, was supported by 61% of voters in early returns, according to NBC. Tuesday’s recall election, Proposition H on the ballot, could prove a bellwether of voter sentiment across the US, including in New York City, where Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has faced widespread criticism since enacting a slew of progressive policies after taking office in January.

Soros spent $40 million to elect 75 ‘social justice’ prosecutors – report | 6 June 2022 | Sky-high campaign donations from liberal anti-police billionaire George Soros and his groups have helped to elect 75 “social justice” prosecutors in whose cities jailings have plummeted and crime has surged, according to a new report provided to Secrets. In a 17-page report compiled by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, a decade of spending has put Soros prosecutors in enough big cities that they represent 1 in 5 people, or about 72 million. That includes about half of America’s 50 most populous cities and counties where 40% of U.S. homicides occur… The report listed many of the groups that have used Soros’s funding to elect prosecutors. And it lists the biggest winners of that m-ney, including Chicago’s Kim Foxx, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and Loudoun County, Virginia, Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj.

Fudge Farm, a shop that specializes in burgers, fries and milkshakes announced the decision on Sunday. “Due to the uncontrollable shootings and violence as well as other circumstances on E Carson St. Today will be Fudge Farm’s last day there,” the company wrote on Facebook. The restaurant cited the safety of young staffers as a key factor in their decision to close the East Carson location… The company referenced a shooting early Sunday morning in which two men were shot on East Carson Street.
