Free Virtual Support Groups for NICU Families in English & Spanish

Hand to Hold, a national nonprofit that provides free, personalized emotional support, educational resources and community to NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) parents, has launched free virtual support groups for NICU families in both English and Spanish. 

This support is critical, as a NICU stay is unexpected and emotionally traumatic. Virtual support groups are designed to bring NICU parents who are going through similar journeys together and allow NICU parents to access support from wherever they are through a mobile device or a laptop. All groups are led by trained Family Support Specialists staff team members, each of who has had a NICU experience of their own.
