Austin Bank, Gilmer donates $3,000.00 to Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity for Disaster Recovery
April 13, 2022 – Longview, TX. —Austin Bank in Gilmer, TX has pledged $3,000.00 to Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity for disaster recovery for residents in Upshur County after the tornadoes that hit the area on March 21, 2022.

Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit agency dedicated to eradicating housing poverty serving Gregg, Harrison, and Upshur Counties. The organization partners with low-income families to provide a hand up and out of poverty through volunteer home construction and low down payment, zero-interest mortgage, and through the Critical Repair Program that provides much-needed repairs of health and safety hazards for qualified home-owner occupied homes of the elderly, permanently disabled, and veterans.
