KC Fire Academy No. 115 will host graduation ceremony tonight

Kilgore College Fire Academy No. 115 will honor its 21 graduates 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, in Van Cliburn Auditorium on the Kilgore campus.

The graduation ceremony is open to the students’ families and local media.

It was originally scheduled outdoors at the drill field, but has been moved indoors due to possible inclement weather.

The KC Fire Academy is recognized by the State of Texas as an Exemplary Program and is accredited by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection and the State Firefighters’ and Fire Marshals’ Association.
