The Kilgore College Music and Dance Department will present “Postcards from Europe” featuring duo piano pieces by composers Camille Saint-Saëns, Moritz Moszkowski, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and more.

Centerpiece of the program is “Carnival of the Animals,” narrated by Jeanne Johnson with humorous poetry by Ogden Nash.

The concert is set for 7 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in Van Cliburn Auditorium on the Kilgore campus. Admission is free.

Performers will include Katherine Bassett, KC student; David Berryhill, worship minister at First Baptist Church of Kilgore; Dr. Mary Heiden, KC associate professor of music and director of choral activities; and Jonathan Kaan, KC associate professor of music.
