Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling north on SH-110 when a bicycle rider turned in front of the vehicle. Unit 1 struck the bicyclist. The bicyclist was transported to UT-Health East Texas – Tyler where he was later pronounced.
