Summary 

• The TimberHogs kicked off their roadtrip tonight in Fort Smith, Arkansas. 
• The ‘Hogs started off the game by loading up the bases in the first inning but couldn’t capitalize. 
• A sacrifice fly and two singles gave the Marshals an early lead. They extended their lead to 5-0 in the second inning with an RBI double. 
• AJ Smith singled to left field to start off the third inning for the TimberHogs. Smith stole second and advanced to third off a throwing error by the Marshals’ catcher. Alton Gatson reached on a throwing error, bringing in Smith to put the ‘Hogs on the board. 
• Karson Dunn took the mound for the ‘Hogs in the bottom of the third. He held the Marshals scoreless through three innings. 
• The Marshals plated four in the sixth inning, giving them a 9-1 lead. They added two more in the seventh to win the game. 
• The TimberHogs will face off against the Marshals again tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m..
