Summary 

• The TimberHogs traveled to Joplin, Missouri for the first time this season. ● The Outlaws started off strong, scoring four runs in the first inning off of a couple of RBI’s. ● The ‘Hogs held the Outlaws scoreless in the second and third innings. ● The Outlaws responded by tallying five runs in the fourth. 
• The Timberhogs got on the board in the fifth with a double to right center by Bland. ● An RBI single from the Outlaws scored them one more run. 
• Hits from Smith, Chatman and Murillo drove in three runs for the ‘Hogs in the top of the seventh. 
• The Outlaws scored one more in the seventh, making the final score 11-4. ● The Timberhogs face the Outlaws twice more this weekend in hopes of taking the series.
