Description: Preliminary investigation indicates Vehicle 1 was stopped at the Intersection of FM 782 and SH 149.  Vehicle 2 was traveling southeast on SH 149.  Vehicle 1 turned left, failing to yield to Vehicle 2.  Vehicle 2 struck Vehicle 1 on its left side.  This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
