I have been inedited with payment collection for UT Health from STRONG ARM collectors and I have sent canceled check showing billing I have paid months ago but still no resolution to the problem. I send a request face to face with accounting manager to Tyler UT Health and I did receive a call back from not accounting manager but a PR person committing to meet with me but canceled due to a one-day sinus problem. Called again and this person committed to sending me email so I could send back my file copies of proof of payments, “NO EMAIL RECEIVED”… I would like action on this issue because I am tired of STRONG COLLTOR CALLS OR MAILING, THIS HAS GONE ON FOR MONTHS.
