PUBLIC NOTICE

There will be a public hearing before the City of Gilmer City Council Tuesday, December 08th, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 110 Buffalo St., Gilmer to consider the following: A zoning change request by property owner Riley Henson to change from R1-R (Residential) to MF1-MF2 (Muli-Family) at Lot R-13-15 & R-17, BLK A Newsome #2 S267 (A200) 0.4 Acres & House. Updates to the City of Gilmer’s zoning map will also be considered.
