The Annual Meeting will be held September 28–29, 2026 at Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas, bringing together conservation leaders, district directors, employees, and partners from across the state to celebrate successes, share ideas, and strengthen Texas conservation efforts. This year’s Annual Meeting theme, “Stewardship Through Every Season,” highlights the enduring commitment of Texas conservationists who work year-round to protect and enhance the state’s natural resources. Just as each season presents unique opportunities and challenges, Soil and Water Conservation Districts continually adapt their efforts to meet the evolving needs of Texas agriculture, communities, and landscapes.
