Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of RONNY DEAN KERR. SR., Deceased, were issued on the May 4, 2026 in Cause No. 26-230-CCPR-00038 pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to JACQUELINE YVONNE KERR.
