SAU Board of Trustees to Meet June 25 in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, AR (06/18/2026) The Southern Arkansas University System Board of Trustees will meet in regular session at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the SAU Alumni Center on the Southern Arkansas University campus in Magnolia.

The agenda includes comments by Dr. Bruno Hicks, SAU president, and Dr. Jerry Thomas, chancellor of SAU Tech; academic program changes at SAU and SAU Tech; SAU Tech strategic plan update; SAU Faculty Handbook changes; a resolution on system provisional and pool positions; the 2026-2027 SAU and SAU Tech budgets; and the SAU and SAU Tech athletic certifications.
