Conservativion Planning Meeting to be held

Three governmental agriculture-related organizations were to sponsor a public “Conservation Planning Meeting” at 10 a.m. Wednesday (June 3) at the Credit Union of Texas’ “Gilmer Gathers” room on U.S. 271.

The meeting, dealing with the managing of natural resources, was co-sponsored by the USDA, Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board, and Upshur-Gregg Soil and Water Conservation District No. 417.
