RICHARD ALLEN BREWSTER Applicant, has filed an Application for Appointment of Independent Administration, for Issuance of Letters of Administration and for the Determination of Heirs on the ESTATE OF CHARLOTTE ANN BREWSTER, deceased requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of CHARLOTTE ANN BREWSTER, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 E. Jefferson Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.

All persons interested in said estate are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so.
