I’m a member legionnaire at American Legion Jordan-Duncan Post 15, Lindale, TX. Our Post is in the midst of a fundraiser that is centered on a raffle of an all expenses paid, ” 4 day-3 night Getaway for 2 to San Antonio.”

We are in need of a venue-event whose host will allow us to setup a table at an outdoor event to sell raffle tickets for the Getaway. Your 6th Annual Risk It for the Brisket BBQ Cookoff in Gilmer, TX, scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026 sounds like an ideal setting. So we are seeking your approval to do that. We are willing to pay a reasonably priced “Booth Fee” if that is a requirement. Please advise at your earliest convenience.

    Respectfully requested
