NOTICE OF LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY

The New Diana Independent School District (“NDISD”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the lease of the surface only of the following real property situated in Upshur County, Texas, for agricultural/pasture purposes:

Approximately 170 acres of land, more or less, being a portion of the property, more particularly described in a deed recorded in Volume 198, Page 57, Land Records of Upshur County, Texas, not including the Ag Barn and surrounding area (the “Property”).

The Property will be subject to adjustment, as NDISD will reserve the right to withdraw or reserve portions of the property for future NDISD use, upon reasonable notice to the Lessee.

NDISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities, and to award any lease in the best interest of the District.

Sealed bids will be received until Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
