Location: Chisholm Trail Parkway near County Road 913.

 

Vehicle 1: 2016 Ford Expedition.

Driver 1:

Jack Wesley Williams, a 48-year-old male from Burleson, TX.

Transported with incapacitating injuries to Texas Health Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

 

Vehicle 2: 2008 Chevrolet Impala.

Driver: Deceased.

Amber Nicole Tribble, a 30-year-old female from Cleburne, TX.

Pronounced deceased at the scene.

 

Vehicle 3: 2022 KIA Telluride.

Driver:

Nicholas Bourzikas, a 52-year-old male from Burleson, TX.

Transported with incapacitating injuries to Texas Health Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

 

Vehicle 4: 2021 Nissan Altima.

Driver:

Rebecca Jill Whalen, a 70-year-old female from Cleburne, TX.

Transported with incapacitating injuries to Texas Health Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

 

Vehicle 5: 2024 Chevrolet Silverado.

Driver:

Benjamin Wade Belsher, a 50-year-old male from Joshua, TX.

Not injured.

 

 

Description: A preliminary investigation indicated vehicles 2, 3, 4, and 5 were stopped in the northbound lane due to backed-up traffic. The driver of vehicle 1 failed to control speed and rear-ended vehicle 2, causing a chain reaction between vehicles 2, 3, 4, and 5. The driver of vehicle 2 was pronounced deceased at the scene. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
