JIM “PAPPY” MOORE: The Tyranny of Leftist Federal Judges

The most political judges in America are the Leftist Judges sitting on the federal district judge benches in America. Not all of them, but there is a small group who are strongly aligned with the far left view that the Constitution and its rights should be ignored or circumvented. These renegades threaten America’s very existence.

The Constitution was created to make sure that the government remained a representative government, with restrictions on what government can do. The three equal branches are Executive (the president and those who serve in his administration), the legislative (congress, both houses), and the judicial (the federal court system). The leftist judges appointed by Democrats are trying to be the tail wagging the dog in today’s America.

There are no judgeships in America where politics plays a greater role than federal district judge appointments. In the Democrat party, the federal judges are often party hacks who act as enforcers for the woke ideologies of the far left. They are only too ready to issue restraining orders or injunctions against the Executive branch when it is run by a Republican president. They let slide all manner of overreaching by Democrat presidents, and they aid and abet the lawfare used by their party to attack key Republicans. We saw this the past four years as Democrat judges played key roles in the onslaught against Donald Trump and those who worked for him.

Now that Donald Trump is president again, and now that he is enforcing the overwhelming consensus of Americans, the petty tyrants and their cohorts in the Democrat party are using their pet judges to thwart the expulsion of violent criminal gangs from America. This must be stopped. The judges involved must be impeached. They must be charged with treason. Their links to key Democrats must be exposed. Their ties to key Democrat money sources, such as George Soros, must be revealed.

The very notion that some political hack in robes sitting in a single district in Hawaii, or New York, or some other thoroughly Democrat haven can stop the Executive from enforcing our laws and our constitution against Venezuelan criminal gangs is outrageous. Let the judges know that their conduct will not be allowed. Make them appear before congress and be exposed for the charlatans they are.

When 70-80% of Americans from all walks of life are outraged by the flood of illegal immigrants, and the gangs of criminals among them, it is imperative that our laws and our Executive branch be allowed to carry out this imperative. It is not for some dozen or so political hacks in robes to stop the process.

Chief Justice Roberts of our Supreme Court has issued a statement basically saying Trump and Republicans should not be talking about impeaching the errant political hack judges. Roberts is wrong. If he doesn’t understand that the Executive branch cannot be hobbled by solitary judges, then he needs to be impeached, as well. Tyranny by the far left judges has to end.

I suggest that the Executive and the Congress charge and try these dozen or so judges criminally, as well as impeach them. Suspend the pay of the judges and their staffs. Remove their U.S. Marshals from their courts. Deny them their pay checks from Treasury. Isolate them and make them anathema. Let the other judges see what comes of petty tyrants in robes.

If you have ever been in a federal court, you know that the deference shown federal judges is appalling. There is no place in America where one person wields more unfettered power as a federal bench at the district level. Appointed for life, they hang around far past their useful life on the bench. They take “senior status” so they can remain on the bench drawing their salary and perks until they die. Federal judges are treated like royalty, surrounded by their ass-kissing staffers. Time to stop all that.

Get behind removing the bad federal judges from the bench. Make THEM the biggest issue in American politics, as the biggest impediment to the will of the people. Prosecute them. Impeach them. Remove them. Make leftist federal judges the key ballot issue for 2026 congressional races. Time to clean house.
