Kilgore College to host 63rd annual East Texas Regional Science Fair Feb. 6

Kilgore College will host the 63rd annual East Texas Regional Science Fair on Friday, Feb. 6, showcasing local science fair winners from area schools in grades 6-12 who have been invited to compete.
Science projects will be available for public viewing from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Middle school projects will be displayed on the pickleball court in the Parks Fitness Center, while high school projects will be located in the Devall Student Center.
A total of 101 projects from middle and high schools across East Texas will be featured in this year’s competition, highlighting students’ creativity and ingenuity for both the community and a panel of judges.
Finalists in both the junior and senior divisions will advance to the Texas Science and Engineering Fair, scheduled for March 27–28 at Texas A&M University in College Station.
The overall winner in the senior division (grades 9-12) will advance to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), set for May 9-15 in Phoenix, Ariz.
