Administration of the Estate of NORMAN ROSS SIMPSON, Deceased, has been commenced by the issuance of original letters testamentary to ANGELA RUTH SIMPSON on September 2, 2025, by the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, acting in Cause No. 25-230-CCPR-00075, styled IN RE: THE ESTATE OF NORMAN ROSS SIMPSON, DECEASED, in which court the matter is pending.
