Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration for the Estate of DAVID LEE LOFTIS, Deceased, were issued on September 2, 2025, under Docket No. 25-230-CCPR-00053, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to KIMBERLEY DENISE LOFTIS, Independent Administrator.
