Passenger: Deceased.

Brandon McGilvery, 18-YOA from Gainesville, TX.

Seatbelt: Unknown.

Flown to Medical City Denton and was pronounced deceased by the hospital staff.

 

Description: A preliminary investigation indicated that vehicle 1 was traveling southbound at an unsafe speed when the driver lost control, which caused vehicle 1 to roll over. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
