Video: USAF Major General John Breazeale gives keynote address at Upshur County Memorial Day Ceremony

United States Air Force Major General John Breazeale, a Gilmer native, returns home to honor those who gave “the last full measure of devotion” in service to their country. The event was held on the south lawn of the Upshur County Couthouse on Monday morning, May 29, 2023.
