Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling northwest on Whitfill Road at an unsafe speed. Due to speed and being a off road vehicle operated on a roadway, the driver of vehicle 1 lost control. The vehicle flipped on the left side, ejecting all occupants. The investigation is ongoing.
