Winnsboro Center for the Arts Participates in East Texas Giving Day

Winnsboro Center for the Arts (WCA) will be fundraising for their annual Winnsboro Festival of Books during East Texas Giving Day from 6 am – midnight April 26. East Texas Giving Day is an online 18-hour day of giving that provides critical funding for Northeast Texas area nonprofits. Early giving starts at 5 pm April 4.
