NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Larry S. Tackett, Deceased, were issued on September 3, 2025, in Cause No. 25-230-CCPR-00065, pending in the County Court in Upshur County, Texas, to Chad Stephen Tackett, Independent Executor, who was appointed on August 18, 2025. All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Such claims may be presented to the Independent Administrator as follows:
