CITY OF ORE CITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council of the City of Ore City, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 302 E. Main Street, Ore City, Texas, to receive public input on the following proposed ordinances:

• Zoning Ordinance Amendment (Ord. No. 2007-12-11A→ 2025-10-14D)

• Mobile/Manufactured Housing Ordinance Amendment (Ord. No. 2000-12-04→ 2025-
10-14C)

• Gambling and Gaming Devices Ban (Chapter 6, Articles II & III, Ord. No. 2019-05-14 →
2025-10-14B)

The public may attend and provide comments in person. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Secretary prior to the hearing. Following the hearing, the Council may take action to adopt the proposed ordinances.
