Notice is hereby given that letters of guardianship for the person and estate of CESAR SANTIAGO CHAVEZ, a minor, were issued on September 2, 2025, in Docket No. 25-230-CCGAR-00004, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to CESAR CHAVEZ, Guardian, as guardian of the person and estate.
