ROCIO ANAI GALLEGOS, Applicant, filed in the County Court of Upshur County, an Application for Appointment of Independent Administrator and for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration; Application for Proceeding to Declare Heirship, on the ESTATE OF BRISEIDA ARELY GALLEGOS, deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of BRISEIDA ARELY GALLEGOS, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.
