It’s About Time ⏱️

SUNDAY September 17, 2023

“Don’t spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door.”

Coco Chanel

With the heat of summer gone, it’s finally time to get out and enjoy some outdoor events and activities. This week brings the McKinney Oktoberfest and the East Texas State Fair in Tyler. Those who prefer quieter activities can head to Martin Dies Jr. State Park for paddle boating. It’s also time to start your day with a hearty breakfast, such as Lauren Wacaser’s recipe for Shakshuka — during Better Beakfast Month. — Lisa Tang
