Fresh Air 🌬️

SUNDAY August 6, 2023

“I loved the feeling of freedom in running, the fresh air, the feeling that the only person I’m competing against is me.”

Olympic athlete Wilma Rudolph

Staying healthy while avoiding the suffocating heat is a challenge right now but this issue offers some encouraging reminders. A visit to the farmers market in the morning, drinking water and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and lakeside dining are all healthy choices that nourish the body and soul.

Another way to stay cool is to turn off the bad news and read more stories in County Line Magazine. We publish new articles and calendar updates every week, so follow us on social media for alerts on the latest stories about the local arts scene and email us at info@countylinemagazine if you have suggestions to share. — Lisa Tang
