Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling west on U.S. 67. Vehicle 2 was traveling east on U.S. 67. Vehicle 1 attempted to make a U-turn, when unsafe, to travel east on U.S. 67 in the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 collided with vehicle 1. This investigation is ongoing, and no further information is available.
