Feeling Lucky 🍀

SUNDAY March 12, 2023

“You gotta try your luck at least once a day, because you could be going around lucky all day and not even know it.”

Jimmy Dean

The many St. Patrick’s Day events this week show the lasting impact of Irish culture on the region. Motorized Bar Stool Races in Ben Wheeler, a performance by the Celtic Angels in Longview, and the St. Paddy’s Day Dash in Dallas are a few examples.

Not all of us are keen on drinking green beer but most can still feel lucky while enjoying Katie Rose Watson’s Irish Nachos recipe in this issue.

For more stories about the arts, live music, dining, and great events in the region visit the County Line eMagazine. Check out the March/April eEdition for stories and features and visit our calendar and Live Music sections. It’s all online in County Line Magazine. — Lisa Tang
