Kudos to the many arts organizations around the Upper East Side of Texas that offer summer classes and other learning opportunities for youth.

In this issue we share stories about scholarships awarded to six young musicians by the Mount Vernon Music Association. You’ll also read about Brandon Adams who hopes to someday provide a space where youth can learn and practice art in his hometown of Greenville.
