“When you really are country, and you don’t just wear it like a piece of clothing or something, you really can’t get away from it. It’s just who you are.”

Lee Ann Womack

A little authenticity goes a long way in these days of billionaire space travel and celebrity defamation wars. Today’s weekenders are looking to connect with real places and things to see. That’s why heritage tourism draws thousands each weekend to enjoy the best of our region — from historic downtowns and quaint places to stay to an intriguing arts scene and passionate live music.

County Line Magazine wants to connect everyone with authentic experiences. Check out the eMagazine for the latest stories on great events in the Upper East Side of Texas or read the May/June eEdition. Our Destination Guides and calendar are also great resources for exploring the region. — Lisa Tang
