UT HEALTH NORTH CAMPUS TYLER WELCOMES THREE NEW PHYSICIANS
TYLER, Texas (Oct. 11, 2018) — UT Health North Campus Tyler has expanded its medical staff with the addition of three physicians.
Bryan Juan, MD, DABFM, is an emergency medicine physician who practices at UT Health North Campus Tyler. Dr. Juan earned two bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his doctor of medicine from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine in Lubbock. In addition, he completed his family medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler.
Lorena Santoro, DO, is a family medicine physician with experience treating a variety of patients and conditions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin, and her doctor of osteopathic medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She completed her family medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler. Dr. Santoro is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Tashfeen Mahmood, MBBS, MD, is a pulmonologist who recently joined UT Health East Texas Physicians North Campus Tyler as a sleep specialist. Dr. Mahmood earned his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. In addition, he completed his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock and his sleep medicine fellowship at Oklahoma University Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
