The Plaintiff seeks to rescind the vendor’s lien and assert superior title to the above described property.

Effective July 3, 2018 you will see a revised access recovery charge (“ARC”) on your monthly bill. The ARC will be increased up to a $3.00 monthly charge per line for residential and single-line business customers in accordance with Etex’s interstate access tariff on file with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) as permitted under the FCC’s rule. The ARC enables Etex to recover from end user customers a limited portion of revenues lost due to FCC-mandated reductions in intercarrier payments. OUT OF DATE RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED

The Upshur County Shared Service Arrangement (UCSSA) which is comprised of the Big Sandy, Gilmer, Gladewater, Harmony, New Diana, Union Grove, and Union Hill Independent School Districts, proposes to destroy all out-of-date Special Education records contained in the eligibility folders of students who were dismissed from the program up through July, 2011. Also included in this purging will be records of students who were tested and did not qualify for special education services as well as records of those who qualified but were not placed. These records are presently maintained in the UCSSA office located at 406 N Bledsoe Street, Gilmer, TX. 75644, and include referral information, educational, psychological, medical, admission review and dismissal committee minutes, individual educational plans, and classroom observation data. It is our responsibility to inform you that these records may be needed for social security benefits or other purposes and that it may be to your benefit to obtain them. Notice Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Tillman Infrastructure proposes to construct a 290’ self support telecommunications tower and associated compound at 1852 FM 1002 South, Big Sandy, TX 75755. At least a 30’ buffer beyond the proposed 100’ x 100’ lease area, along with a 30’ wide access/utility/fiber easement, 10’ wide utility easement, and three (3) 20’ wide guy wire easements,, was reviewed.
