Pine Tree High Art Students Sweep Longview Museum of Fine Art Student Invitational

Pine Tree High School art students received 9 awards at the Longview Museum of Fine Arts 58th Annual Student invitational. Out of 15 schools that participated, Pine Tree high won 9 of the awards- which is more awards than any other high school. 

This exhibition gives students an opportunity to display their artwork within the gallery and compete for top honors and prize money.  Two hundred and fifty works from fifteen high schools entered pieces in a variety of categories. 

Caleb Bell, Tyler Museum of Art Curator, was this year's judge for the invitational. 

The Annual Invitational artwork will be on display at the Longview Museum of Art through
March 24th.
