The IRS must go!

To aware citizens it’s crystal clear: THE IRS MUST GO!  There is no place for an institution like the IRS in a society of free people such as the citizens of the USA.

The IRS can and does, WITHOUT CAUSE, bring financial ruin to any citizen or small business it chooses.  The congress, which both created and empowered the IRS, already has sufficient evidence to abolish the IRS but has made no move to do so.  We all must contact our congressmen, both representative and senators, and insist the IRS be abolished.  If he/she doesn’t make a move to abolish the IRS before the November elections, tell him/her you intend to vote for his/her opponent in November; then do it!  It’s that simple.

The legislation replacing the income tax with a national sales tax, the FairTax, has already been thoroughly researched and written.  It’s been stymied by the House Ways and Means committee for over ten years!  All citizens should inform themselves about the FairTax (see fairtax.org).  Then tell your congressmen, in the most forceful way possible, to adopt it.

I did not invent the STAA. It is invented by the FairTax – read the statute for heaven’s sake. I say MAY because no-one can predict that for certain, I believe it to be very likely.

While your “feeling” sounds warm and fuzzy, I prefer to live in the real world and would bet on my likely scenario.

You need to read my illustration, FT INCREASES WELFARE on my website, http://sceldridge.wix.com/sceldridge

On my planet, a $30 sales tax on a $100 pre-tax price (total $130) is a 30% sales tax. When you add 5-15% S/L sales taxes, buyers will face a 35-45% eye-popping sales tax rate that will spark a revolt.

You need to read FT HIDDEN TAXES on my website http://sceldridge.wix.com/sceldridge

My 10% Flat Income Tax is very short. See my website http://sceldridge.wix.com/sceldridge

Mr. terrell contionues his crazed rant!

The IRS is NOT abolished. The NEW IRS (i.e., the STAA) may be even more invasive than today's IRS, if it audits consumers.

The old IRS will return, when Congress repeals the FT's laughable "Sunset Clause" and the 16th Amendment is NOT repealed.

The FT expands tax welfare.

The FT results in an outrageous 35-45% combined fed S/L sales tax TO START that will ruin our economy.

The FT has SEVERAL SIGNIFICANT HIDDEN TAXES.

All FT'ers can do is to keep spreading superficial and false prop[aganda in the hope that we will eventually give up and accept their lies as the truth.

Here is the truth. Read the book, read the HR-25 bill. It is just a fgew pages compared to the 70,000 plus pages of the IRS tax code.

"The IRS is NOT abolished. The NEW IRS (i.e., the STAA) may be even more invasive than today's IRS, if it audits consumers." You invent something called the STAA and then use maybe words like May and If when talking about your fabricated STAA. That is all fabricated as in a lie..

"The old IRS will return, when Congress repeals the FT's laughable "Sunset Clause" and the 16th Amendment is NOT repealed." The feeling is that once citizens try the Fair tax and experience the accompanying economic boom they will force their Congressmen to repeal the 16th amendment.

"If the 16th amendment is not repealed then the fair tax will go away and the income tax will be reinstated." This is the only true statement you have made.

"The FT expands tax welfare." What does even this mean? Total nonsense.

"The FT results in an outrageous 35-45% combined fed S/L sales tax TO START that will ruin our economy." Complete untruth, fabrication, lie, and BS! The Fair tax replaces the payroll tax and the Federal income tax which is about 22%, The Fair tax rate of 23% just replaces that amount. The States tax rates are the same no matter what the Fair Tax rate or whether there is a Fair Tax at all. The economy will sky rocket. There will be no penalty for business to start up in the USA. There will be no reason for business to hide cash overseas to avoid taxes. The economy will boom under the Fair Tax.

"The FT has SEVERAL SIGNIFICANT HIDDEN TAXES." Complete untruth, utter lies. The Fair Tax rate of 23% is the all there is. Nothing else. Nothing hidden.

"All FT'ers can do is to keep spreading superficial and false prop[aganda in the hope that we will eventually give up and accept their lies as the truth." Read the book that explains HR-25. The whole bill is just a few pages unlike the over 70,000 pages of the IRS tax code.
