Last chance till September to come and experience the NTCC Farmer’s Market. Booth spaces still available inside the state of the art solar powered LEED Platinum Certified Green Facility!  Remember every purchase you make at a farmers market not only feeds your family the freshest and healthiest produce and proteins available, but also helps to feed our local farmers and ranchers and their families.

You’re invited to come stay cool and shop our vendors at our last Summer Seasonal NTCC Farmer’s Market this Friday, June 20th beginning at 9 am (Next market will be September 19th).  A variety of vendors will be here to provide fresh herbs, greens, pastured pork, honey, jams and jellies, farm fresh eggs, beautiful plants, and other handmade, homemade and homegrown products. If you are looking for pullets – we have chicks all 8 weeks old – buy early and save just $4.25 each.

There are vendor spaces still available at no charge and we have both inside and outside spaces.  We also welcome non-profit groups and churches interested in raising money with raffles or handcrafted items and love serving our community in this way.  Perhaps you are a creative musician or artist and would love to come out and show off your talents contact us and we will have your stage waiting on you.  This market menu will feature the famous Northeast grass fed beef burger deals – Burger, Chips and a Drink are a steal for just $5 we start serving at 11 am until they’re gone!  In addition to the burger deal  - we will be serving up some veggies straight from the garden – fried green tomatoes and roasted onions and collards – definitely an early summer favorite.  For each market we will be showcasing the newest veggies as they begin to get ripe – come by and taste the difference that FARM FRESH makes.  Our Farming in a Minute tip at the Lunch and Learn program will be Tips on Building a Better Compost and will begin at noon – check out our calendar events at www.ntcc.edu.ag/ for a complete list of all the Farming in a Minute Topics.  Come celebrate the end of the school year and the official beginning of summer with a great day at the NTCC Farmer’s Market.
