HOUSTON (Feb. 28, 2014) – Bealls is turning the month of March into “30 Days of Giving”.  All Bealls customers who visit the Gilmer store between March 1-30, 2014 will be invited to donate to Gilmer Independent School District, a valued organization in their community.

As a special thank you, Bealls is giving every Gilmer ISD donor a Community Counts Savings Pass that entitles shoppers to a 30 percent discount on regular, sale and clearance items. This Savings Pass also provides, for the first time ever, 10 percent off Yes! Items and most cosmetics and fragrances. Bealls is accepting donations throughout the month of March and have made the Savings Pass valid throughout Bealls Big Spring Sale, March 19-27.

“We are excited that all 848 Stage Stores locations across the country have partnered with local organizations to make a difference in their communities,” said Bill Gentner, chief marketing officer of Stage Stores, Inc., the parent company of Bealls.

Stage Stores will also be making an additional donation to each local organization on top of what their customers donated in-store.

“In our towns, Bealls associates care about our customers and our communities and that is why we are committed to supporting local groups that make a positive impact.” said Michael Glazer, president and CEO of Stage Stores, Inc.
