Security State Bank, N.A., with locations in Ore City and Diana, was acquired by First National Bank of Gilmer in 1999. It has continued to operate under its own charter. Security State Bank, N.A., has a history of service to the Ore City community and celebrated their 100-year anniversary in 2012. Security State Bank, N.A., Diana has been in the same location for over 26 years.

Tracy Copeland will serve as Location President for the Ore City location. Tracy is involved in the community as a member of the Ore City School Board and has been with Security State Bank 16 years. She has served as teller, loan processer, loan officer, vice president/cashier and is now Location President. Tracy is the mother of two children.
Heather Baugh will serve as Location President for the Diana location. Heather is active in the community and is a member of the Ore City Lions Club. Heather has been in banking for 20 years with extensive experience in all areas of banking, especially new accounts, commercial banking and business development. Heather is married to Vance Baugh and they have three children.
Security State Bank, N.A., joins the First National Bank of Gilmer’s family of community banks with ten locations: First National Bank Pittsburg, First National Bank Big Sandy, First National Bank of Gilmer, FNB Gilmer Walmart location, Texas American Bank Mt. Vernon, Wood County National Bank Quitman, Mineola and Emory.
