In this photo, employees who were honored for five years of service included, from left, Richard Pilgrim, Eric Nichols, Jason Vaughan, Larry Wade and Jerry Harris. Next photo, Eric Nichols and Vijay Tahilihani were recognized for their quick action during a fire in a curing oven last October which could have put them out of production for months. President and CEO David Marshall said that due to the initiative of the two, they only lost two days of production. Marshall was out of the country at the time.
